Guggenheim Hermitage - Art of the Motorcycle

This unique project was constructed between an existing parking structure and an operational hotel, casino, and retail structure. The work involved the excavation of 35,000 cubic yards of excess soils, concrete formwork & placement, structural steel and a 125-foot-long bridge crane along with high-end finishes, such as free form “Gehry Walls,” which were constructed from rolled structural steel clad in mirrored stainless steel, a focal point of a 45-foot-tall glass box tinted with Lumisty film that is opaque from one angle but transparent from another as well as a translucent glass floor installed over a trench.
