Taylor International was the Owners Representative for the entire Virgin Hotel Rebrand including a $229 million remodel budget consisting of over 1,500 rooms, meeting rooms, casino floor, and pool. Additionally, Taylor was the Owners Representative for 18 separate venues with multiple GMPs totaling over $60 million in work. These venues included Food and Beverage areas, retail spaces, and more.
