Taylor International was brought on board by Mundo to provide a site assessment for a partially completed project. Work included field inspections, document review and cost analysis of work completed as well as a cost estimate and schedule for the completion of the project. Mundo then engaged Taylor to act as the Owner’s Representative to bid out the balance of the work to a qualified general contractor. Taylor received the proposals, analyzed them and provided Mundo with a recommendation for award of the work. Project valuation was over $100 Million and included hotel and condominium towers, restaurants and retail space, and a large convention and meeting room complex.
