A 719-foot-tall structural steel building consisting of 500,000 square feet of high-rise retail space and 1.3 million square feet of residential condominium units. There are numerous structural design complexities attributable to this project including a 60-foot cantilever that supports 80,000 tons of high-rise construction and an increased structure at elevator cores and shear walls to allow for the designed building height on a small footprint.
